Full-Stack Team Leader

Recruit a team of mid-level and junior full-stack developers.

Recruit and manage an automation engineer.

Own and orchestrate the scrum process in your team.

Mentor your team members.

Work with your peers (QA manager, DevOps, full-stack and AI team leaders, PM).

Manage communication with key customers to solve problems and learn about new directions for our products.

Design major features and be part of the product’s architecture design.

Take part in the development of features.

Plan CI processes with DevOps.

Research new technologies and tools.

BA/BSc in Computer Science or equivalent.

5+ years of total experience.

2+ years of experience in leading full-stack teams including hiring and mentoring mid-level and junior engineers.

3+ years of experience in full-stack technologies – NodeJS and React or VueJs (VueJs – big advantage!).

Solid understanding (and experience) of SCRUM.

Solid experience in Linux and Git.

Experience working with cloud-based development and services.

Clean code philosophy.

Experience with MongoDB.

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience with CI/CD processes.
