ACTED is a French humanitarian international NGO working in the West Bank and Gaza Strip since 2007. We are seeking:

Gaza Base Logistics Officer (Job Code: ACTEDG04093)
Start date: ASAP. Salary: NIS 3200 per month gross or depending on experience - Full time position.
Based in Gaza City, the Gaza Base Logistics Officer will bear the following main responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
• Responsible for project procurement planning and supply chain in coordination with Project Manager
• Account for all program inventories and management of stocks and warehouses
• Managing office property and maintenance of resources
• Managing office telecommunication and information technology
• Ensuring security and safety management Protocols are followed in office and in field
• Responsible for logistics reporting and keeping up to date files
Required Skills:
• University degree in Administration or similar field
• 2 years minimum experience in logistics. NGO experience preferred
• Excellent computer skills including Excel
• Fluent English and Arabic
• Strong communication skills
• Highly organized and able to prioritize and meet deadlines effectively
