Background: Trigon Associates (Trigon) is a US-based engineering, consulting and management firm providing professional services to public and private sector clients in North America and the Middle East, including the West Bank and Gaza. The Government of Canada contracted Trigon to manage the FSSP. Trigon’s responsibilities include the recruitment of technical specialists in various sectors (i.e., gender equality, environment, humanitarian assistance, sustainable economic growth, and agriculture). Trigon is currently seeking to hire a monitor in Gaza for the FSSP.

The Monitor will be required to work remotely and to attend meetings whenever required. The Monitor will travel for business within Gaza for the purpose of carrying out the duties of the assignment and may travel periodically to the West Bank. The Monitor is expected to provide his daily fees history for the last three years and the desired daily rate compensation.
