Job Description:
The Gaza Office Manager oversees and manages the PITA Branch in the Gaza Strip region. He/she is responsible for overseeing the financial, development, program management, staff leadership external relations and advocacy, as well as compliance and risk management of the Gaza Branch.
Main Responsibility:
- Assist in the development of a fundraising strategy that aligns with the PITA's goals and financial needs.
- Identify and apply for grants, funding opportunities, and partnerships to support the association's programs and initiatives.
- Strengthen and leverage the network of current and potential donors.
- Participate in donor meetings, presentations, and events
Other Responsibilities:
- Maintain donor relationships and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
- Ensure compliance with governance policies and procedures.
- Monitor program outcomes and make necessary adjustments to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and manage program budgets and timelines.
- Oversee the Co-working space and members participation.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, partner organizations, and members.
- Implement advocacy strategies to advance PITA’s objectives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and experience in making strategic recommendations.
- Thorough knowledge of financial regulations, governance policies, and industry standards
- Proven track record in planning, implementing, and evaluating programs and initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, provide guidance and support, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exemplary professional conduct and ethical standards.
- Proficient in using various software applications, including MS Office Suite and project management tools.
- Familiarity with the ICT industry, its trends, challenges, and opportunities will be an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
