Medecins Sans Frontieres “Doctors Without Borders” is a private, non-profit international humanitarian organization dedicated to providing medical assistance to populations in crisis, without discrimination and regardless of race, religion, creed or political affiliation. MSF-France is currently seeking to hire a '' GBV Provider''.
Workplace: MSF-France office in 15 street, Nablus
Type of contract: Fixed term contract 6 months (renewable according to the need)

Main Responsibilities of the position :
The GBV Provider is responsible for comprehensive management and monitoring of SGBV strategy and care for survivors of sexual violence (SV) and Intimate Partner Violence (IPV) in the MSF project in Nablus clinic according to MSF values, standards, protocols and guidelines. The GBV Provider is part of the multidisciplinary clinical team with social workers, psychologists, cultural mediators and Mental Health Doctor.
- Provide quality comprehensive medical care and individual counselling session following MSF standards and guidelines
- Train, support and follow up of the clinical team for SGBV awareness raising and community engagement to develop and improve awareness raising activities
- Identify training needs, organize and coordinate training and capacity building about SGBV for MSF team and other partners.
- participate in GBV sub-cluster meetings, maintain contacts / communicate and coordinate with the different formal and informal support services (mapping and networking.

Requirements
Education : Degree in midwifery or Nursing
Experience :
- Minimum of 2 years experience required
- Experience working with SGBV survivors or providing community awareness information, education and communication activities about SGBV required
- Experience training and capacity building desirable
- Experience with NGO desirable
- English essential (English is the mission language)
Competencies:
- Accountability, spirit of initiative / autonomy, teamwork, flexibility, commitment, communication skills.
- Basic IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
