General Manager
The New Capitol Hotel is located in the Heart of Salah El Dien Street. The Hotel is being renovated completely and is due to open end of 2018. The hotel is comprised of 69 rooms with several F&B outlets. The Hotel will mainly target the incoming pilgrimage market due to its proximity to the Holy Site in the Old City of Jerusalem. We are soliciting qualified candidate to fill the below vacant position in preparation for the soft opening of the Hotel.
General Manager
The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of operations at the hotel, to day-to-day staff management and guests. Provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of our service culture, maximized operations and guest satisfaction. Work very closely with the hotel’s stake holders. The General Manager is Responsible also for managing the hotel’s management team (HOD’s) and overall hotel targets to deliver an excellent guest experience. The General Manager would also be required to manage between profitability and guest satisfaction measures.

- A university degree in hotel management or a related field with experience in opening, managing or re-positioning a hotel with clear track record.
- A minimum of (7) to (10) years of experience of which at least (2) to (3) years in similar role.
