Job Description

Business Alliance HR Services is recruiting a General Manager for a Food Production/Manufacturing located in Nablus, Palestine.

Job Summary:

Overseeing all company operations and developing strategic plans in order to build and enhance operations, sales channels, profitability, and market share and growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the company's P&L.
Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations, and evaluating performance and productivity.
Developing growth strategies and plans to guarantee the achievement of the overarching business goals of the company.
Building and managing effective teams, and motivating them to ensure delivery of high performance.
Managing the preparation of annual budgets and plans.
Managing the development, review, and implementation of policies and procedures across different departments of the company.
Strengthening the company's sales and market presence.

Job Requirements

Special Requirements & Skills:

Experience in FMCG, Wholesale, and Retail sectors is highly preferred.
Solid understanding of commercial operations.
Solid abilities in reading, understanding, and analyzing financial reports.
Strong knowledge of financial and sales management.
Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership skills.
Willingness and ability to travel.

Years of experience:

Minimum 10 years of total experience including a minimum of 5 years as a General Manager or Operations Manager.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering.

Location:
Nablus, Palestine.

Languages Required:
Fluent in Arabic & English and Hebrew is preferrable.
