St John Eye Hospital Group is the leading provider of eye care in East Jerusalem, the West Bank and Gaza Strip.  The main Hospital is located in Jerusalem and has centers in Hebron, Anabta and in Gaza. In addition to our extensive range of specialist services we also provide support within the community through our Outreach Teams which travel throughout the West Bank.

We have a vacancy for a General Ophthalmologist on a part-time basis 3 days/week (24 hours) on fixed term contract for 3 months to work in our Hospital in Gaza. To apply you should have the following:

Job Requirements
  • Recognized Board Certificate in Ophthalmology.
  • Must be physically fit.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Basic skills in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work under pressure
