GIS Officer

Mada Al-Arab is a Palestinian company specialized in the telecommunication and internet providing fields.

Mada is looking to fill a “GIS Officer” job position.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Fieldwork according to multiple tasks.
• Collect, analyze, and display data, and prepare charts using GIS Intelligent Information Systems Software.
• Documentation the projects.

Qualifications

• Familiar with the locations and roads of Ramallah and Al Bireh and its neighbor areas, it is preferable that the candidate is living in Ramallah.
• Have Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of Information Systems Software (GIS), Microsoft Excel.
• Work in a team, and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Holding of a driving License (Manual Gear) which valid for at least a year.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree in Planning engineering, and Urban design, or Civil engineering.

Preference is given to those who have an engineering degree in planning and urban design.
