ARD, Inc. is the implementing partner for the USAID funded Civic Engagement Program. ARD, Inc. is looking for experienced professional to be based in our Jerusalem Office for the following position:
1-Grants Management Specialist, North West Bank (GMS)
Duration: 11 Months
Location: Jerusalem

Five years of professional experience in grants management, preferably with USAID programs is desired. The individual must have strong problem solving and negotiation skills to support and ensure rapid implementation and evaluation of time sensitive projects which respond to evolving political realities on the ground and build CSO capacity at the community and national levels.

Other requirements include:
-BA in the field of social science, development studies or other related field
-Strong analytical skills
-Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (written, aural and verbal)
-Proficiency in computer programs (Word, Excel, Access and Outlook)
-Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work within a team, at a fast pace and under pressure
-Ability and willingness to travel
