Responsible for ensuring the contractual compliance of the program’s various sub-agreements,
and oversight of the procurement processes of the project. The Grants Officer will also support the
administrative and human resource management systems and procedures and will help establish the project’s Grants Management and Operational Manual.

The Grants Officer should have in-depth technical, financial, and other administrative knowledge related to sub-grants and demonstrated experience managing several agreements at the same time.

Minimum requirements include:
at least 5 years of experience designing, managing, and implementing complex sub-agreements, and a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Legal Affairs or a relevant field.
