Graphic Designer

•  Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple team members for a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, signage screens, internal communication, newsletters, and marketing materials.
• Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within established brand identity.
• The designer is expected to work in the marketing department and provide all the social media, and printed materials.
• Manage the design and uploading process of all project material, understanding best practices for using a content management system
• Use trend intelligence and an understanding of the current and historical business and market to design and execute specific classifications
• Prepare a full marketing campaign for the events or any related required materials.
• Follow up with the package providers and distributors.

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or a similar discipline.
• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
• 2+ year experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.
• Animation or motion graphics and video editing on adobe after effects, adobe premiere is advanced.  
• Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Printing packages (all layout and design files, such as reports, brochures, billboards, leaflets, charts, photographs, posters, folders, etc.
