We are seeking a motivated Social Media Specialist to join our team. The Social Media Specialist will be engage with targeted virtual communities and network users. The objective is to achieve exceptional customer engagement, drive sales, and increase revenue through strategic utilization of the social media marketing roadmap. The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of various social media platforms and how to optimize content for maximum engagement.

Location: Jericho with flexibility of movement in the West Bank.

Responsibilities

• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Schedule projects and define budget constraints
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using Adobe suite software
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
• Test graphics across various media platforms including social media
• Amend designs after feedback without hesitation
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Coordinate with vendors for printing and sourcing requirements

Requirements and skills

• Academic Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field
• Proven graphic designing experience
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and video creating programs
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism
• Experience with computer-aided design
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
• Fluency in English & Arabic – Hebrew is desired
• Ability to work full time from our offices in Jericho
