Caritas Baby Hospital is seeking a:
Guests Relation Coordinator
(Position is based in Bethlehem)
The successful candidate will assist in:
1. Organizing, coordinating and attending to visitors and benefactors of CBH
Communicate with travel agencies and private tour operators to coordinate group and individual visitors at CBH Internal coordination of visits with other Hospital staff
Providing hospital tour to individual and group visitors and informing them about our work/history
2. Management of visitors donations
3. Correspondence with benefactors
4. Maintaining the data of visitors and updating information materials

Qualifications:
-Bachelor in Public Relations, Tour Guiding, Journalism or related field
-Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience with an international organization
-Fluency in oral and written German and English. Knowledge of French and Italian is a big plus
-Ability to communicate information effectively
-Abiliy to present the socio-political realities in the region
-Commitment to providing quality results and services
-Self motivated
-Strong identification with Caritas Baby Hospital values
