“Private Sector Development Program (PSDP)“
To support the Program Team at the German House for Development Cooperation in Al- Bireh, we are looking for a
“Head of Program Administration”.

Responsibilities and tasks include but are not limited to:
• Responsible for the smooth flow of all PSDP administrative and financial procedures within the
responsibility of the program;
• Plan and monitor the Admin and Financial performance of the PSDP, ensuring the quality of work
in cost effective and timely manner;
• Plan, coordinate and monitor the activities of the PSDP administrative team, ensuring compliance
with GTZ orientations and rules (O&R);
• Supervisory responsibility for the PSDP admin team, ensuring staff training, management and
development;
• Maintain necessary communication and ensure good relations with the GTZ Office, other GTZ
programs and relevant partners and suppliers;
Required qualifications:
• Masters degree, e.g. in business administration or accounting or equivalent work experience;
• At least 5-7 years of professional experience, management and supervisory experience;
• Fluency in English and Arabic (oral and written), knowledge of German would be an asset;
• Excellent interpersonal and intercultural communication skills;
• Computer literacy.
Assignment: Starting 1. February 2010.
