Head of Treasury Risk Management Dept.

Requirements:

Under-graduate degree in a quantitative discipline (Finance, or economics)
Preferable post-graduate degree in a quantitative discipline or relevant professional
designation such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Financial Risk Manager (FRM) or
Professional Risk Manager (PRM).
At least 5 years experience of relevant experience performing or leading market risk
management   and/or  Asset-Liability  Management   in   banking or  financial  services industry.

Detailed knowledge, skills and experience in the following technical areas is desirable:

-Risk management concepts and strategies, financial instruments and Basel II
-Risk control,  risk analysis  and   risk  reporting frameworks,  tools and practices
-Risk measurement methodologies and techniques {Value at Risk (VaR), cash flow modeling, security/bond valuation)
Proven ability to effectively lead teams.
To be able to independently make sound business decisions within scope of authority.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate with diverse audiences, including senior management.
Knowledge of leading ALM models.
Strong skills with a leading suite of business computer applications, preferably MS Office.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
