We are looking for a helpdesk administrator to support customer service and user experience. Supporting technologies must be efficient, effective, and aid in maximum productivity. They assist with technology initiatives and learn to improve the efficacy of our systems and contribute to the overall success of technology within the organization

Responsibilities.
Server Administration & Support.
Technology Access Administration.
Cloud, Hardware & Software Inventory Management.
Identifying root-causes of operational issues and process inefficiencies.
Maintaining or creating policies, procedures, and processes.
Interacting with management and staff to provide analytical and technical assistance for continuous improvement of IT solutions
Clinet administration and support.
Skills and Qualifications
One year of technical engineering experience .
One year systems and/or network engineering experience in modern networking environment .
One year of experience with AWS or other cloud services .
Systems orientation, strongly evident problem-solving skills .
Experience in Informational Technology operations .
Professional oral and written communication skills, presenting to an audience containing one or more decision maker(s)
Team player .
Good time-management skills .
