Hospital Manager Vacancy - Gaza

St John Eye Hospital Group is the leading provider of eye care in East Jerusalem, the West Bank and Gaza Strip. The main Hospital is located in Jerusalem and in recent years has expanded its services with the provi- sion of Clinics in Hebron and Anabta. In addition to our extensive range of specialist services we also provide services within the community through our Outreach Teams which travel throughout the West Bank. We are currently seeking to recruit a Hospital Manager to be responsible for the day-to-day management of all clinical & administrative activities in our new Gaza Hospital. This includes project management, effectively monitoring financial performance, establishing good working relation- ships with external agencies, both governmental and non-governmental, providing professional & positive leadership to the multi-professional team working at the Gaza Hospital.

You should have recognized qualifications in Business Administration or a related field preferably with a sub specialty in Accountancy; you should also have projects supervision background and previous expe- rience at a senior managerial level in a health care organization. You should have proven leadership skills, staff management experience and excellent communication and organizational skills.
