Housekeeping Supervisor
The New Capitol Hotel is located in the Heart of Salah Al Dein Street. The Hotel is fully renovated and operational since beginning of 2019. The hotel is comprised of 70 rooms with several F&B outlets. The Hotel will mainly target the incoming pilgrimage market due to its proximity to the Holy Site in the Old City of Jerusalem. We are soliciting qualified candidates to fill the below vacant position.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
Oversee the housekeeping team
Prepare weekly rosters for the team
Inspect all rooms for hygiene and cleanliness
Work with the front desk to accommodate departures and arrivals
Maintain inspection records of all rooms
Oversee the public areas team
Oversee the update of the staff quarters
Ensure that all complaints and remarks related to housekeeping are addressed
Ensure that supplies are stored adequately
Ensure that laundry room and supply is kept in order
