A Company working in retail sector are looking for a Junior HR & Admin Assistant based in Ramallah to join the HR & Admin Team. 

Job Responsibilities 

  1. Maintain & Update employees’ records.
  2. Assisting in Payroll preparation.
  3. Issuing official letters.
  4. Writing and posting job ads. on recruitment sites.
  5. Conducting new hire orientation.
  6. Coordinating training programs & workshops.
  7. Assisting the recruiter in recruitment process. 
  8. Administers the Insurance files.
  9. Answering employees’ Inquiries. 
  10. Preparing reports & presentations for internal communications.
  11. Performs other duties as required.

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  2. Experience with MS Office applications.
