HR & Administration Officer
Main duties will include but not limited to:
Work closely with the support staff to ensure that all policies and procedures implemented are in full compliance with Wassel policies and procedures. Manage and monitor the service provider's contracts, payments and ensure that they are updated, accurate and cost effective.
HR duties include attendance, vacation logging, insurance and any other payroll related activities. Maintain office inventory to make sure that fixed assets registry including proper identification tags are accurate and updated.
Follow-up with each staff member to make sure personnel files are complete and have the required financial information.
Manage the insurance policies for staff and building. Prepare quotations, tenders for procurement of office equipment and services, review price quotations and prepare analysis.
Ensure proper filing of procurement files.
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
