During 2015, Grand Park Hotel Chain has undergone a unique transition in terms of the services and facilities available to its guests. The hotels’ management has been trying to keep up with the latest trends in the hospitality business and provide its guests with the highest levels of comfort.  Grand Park is an equal opportunity employer and is seeking qualified candidate to fulfill the position of HR & Administration officer at Grand Park Hotel Bethlehem.

DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES:
 
-Coordination of personnel files, on the basis of incoming, hiring, transfer, promotion, resignation and other modification data using MenaPay Software;
-Compiles the operational staffing schedule / manning guide in co-ordination with HR Manager;
-Coordinates all kind of internal training of the Department Heads and supervisors;
-Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records;
-Deliver induction to all new staff;
-Coordinate meetings, and perform other related duties as required.
 
SPECIAL WORK OR ASSIGNMENT:
 
-Ability to maintain outstanding Hygiene conditions;
-Ability to recommend on staff selection, provide training and report on progress of performance;
-Ability to provide reference and ensure compliance with house rules by staff;
-Ability to maintain good relation with staff and fellow workers (Team work);
-Ability to organize and prioritize assigned tasks;
-With strong computer skills pertaining to word processing, Access and Microsoft Excel;
-Personable and approachable, Self-motivated, responsible, confident and flexible, Commitment to nonviolence;
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
 
EDUCATION,COMPETENCIES & SKILLS:
 
-University degree in related field, preferably in Business Administration;
-Very good command of English;
-Strong in discipline, Cost conscious, very good administrative skills, human relation skills, and leadership.
