HR and Admin Coordinator

Ryada, a microfinance program that operates in the Palestinian Territories seeks to hire an HR and Admin Coordinator in its Head Office in Ramallah
Key responsibilities will include:
Inform and support the daily Human Resources and Administrative office activities.
Maintain, update and distribute Ryada HR and Administrative manuals and forms. Support HR Officer with staff hiring, development, training and performance evaluation.
Lead all new hire orientation programs and administrative enrollments.
Ensure appropriate coordination of administration needs within the departments
and offices, such as policy communications, interview scheduling, consultant
visits, procurement of supplies, and training sessions.
Issue approved employment contracts and IDs for Ryada employee.
Follow up on employment termination and resignation cases.
Assist in conducting exit interviews with all terminated staff.
Ensure that policies are followed and required documents are complete.
Prepare HR and Administrative reports as designated.
Develop and maintain employee files.
Requirements:
BS/BA degree in Business Administration, or any other related field A minimum of 4years of administrative experience with some Human Resources exposure.
Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced changing environment.
Strong team player.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver effective results
Ability to work under pressure
Exhibits a high standard of Integrity and Discretion.
Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective written and oral communication skills in both Arabic and English languages
Good decision making and judgment skills Strong Computer skills.
