HR and Admin Officer
Job Description
Business Alliance HR is recruiting an HR and Admin Officer for a Palestinian IT Outsourcing Services Company working with international clients in Europe and the US.
The job is 70% Remote, and 30% On-site (Ramallah Office).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate all onboarding activities for new hires, including employment contracts, payroll setup, and benefits management.
- Collaborate with the rest of the HR team to maintain and evolve HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Administer employee benefits and payroll.
- Maintain employee records and handle attendance management.
- Support performance management processes.
- Resolve employee relations issues and address employee queries and concerns.
- Collaborate with departments to develop and implement training and development programs.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Job Requirements
Special Requirements & Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, local labor laws, and regulations.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and strategies.
- Proficient in using HR software and systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in an IT outsourcing company is preferred.
Years of experience:
Minimum 2 years of proven working experience in HR and Admin roles.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Location:
70% Remote, and 30% On-site (Ramallah Office), Palestine.
Languages Required:
Fluent in Arabic & English.
