Main purpose of the position

Execute administrative, HR related tasks to support the Admin Support Recruitment Manager following MSF standards and procedures, in order to ensure legal compliance and to realize the HR capacity required to achieve project objectives

Responsibilities

  • Under supervision of the Admin Support Recruitment Manager, managing personal files in order to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Updating the HR database and personal files to facilitate HR processes management.
  • Participate to the recruitment: CV sorting, inform candidate, etc.
  • Ensure the quality of the follow-up documentation
  • Making the information available, supporting the Admin Support Recruitment in translating documents into local language and assisting in meetings upon request.
  • Archiving
  • Additional HR/Admin tasks delegated by the Admin Support Recruitment

Job Requirements
  • Education / diplomas: Desirable human resources or administration related diploma
  • Experience Mandatory: minimum 1 year as an Administrative Assistant and/or 1 year as Recruitment Assistant. Experience with MSF or other NGO is an asset.
  • Languages Mandatory: Arabic and English
  • Knowledge: Essential computer literacy: Excel, Word, Interne
  • Basic competencies: Results and Quality Orientation; Teamwork and Cooperation; Behavioral Flexibility; Commitment to MSF Principles; Stress Management
