VITAS Palestine Microfinance Private Shareholding Limited Liability Company, is a private shareholding limited liability company, Vitas Palestine seeks to hire an HR Coordinator in its Head Office in Ramallah
Key responsibilities will include:
Inform and support the daily Human Resources office activities.
Maintain, update and distribute Ryada HR and Administrative manuals and forms.
Support HR Manager with staff hiring, development, training and performance evaluation.
Lead all new hire orientation programs.
Ensure appropriate coordination of administration needs within the departments and offices, such as policy communications, interview scheduling, and training sessions.
Issue approved employment contracts and IDs for Ryada employees.
Follow up on employment termination and resignation cases.
Assist in conducting exit interviews with all terminated staff.
Ensure that policies are followed and required documents are complete.
Prepare HR reports as designated.
Develop and maintain employee files.
Follow-up with Health Insurance Company.
Requirements
BS/BA degree in Business Administration, or any other related field
A minimum of 3 years of administrative experience with some Human Resources exposure.
Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced changing environment.
Strong team player.
Exhibits a high standard of Integrity and Discretion.
Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective written and oral communication skills in both Arabic and English languages
Strong Computer skills.
Strong personality and communications skills
Ability to travel between branches
