POSITION PURPOSE:
 
The PCRF is one of the most active and well-respected medical and humanitarian relief organizations working in the Middle East, with over twenty years of providing care and support for thousands of sick and injured children.  A Human Resource Coordinator will report to the CEO and provide expert Human Resources and Labor Relations consulting and training in all areas of Human Resources including Human Resource Planning, Staffing and Retention, communications, policies, management development, compensation and benefits, legislation and compliance, labor relations, productivity and morale/motivation. 

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

-Strategic Human Resource and Career Planning & Development - Works with the CEO to complete the Human Resources portion of the budget and plans.
-Maintains the PCRF Employee Handbook
-Updates and orients staff on the Code of Conduct policies
-Develops and monitors performance evaluation and performance management
-Develops and monitors compensation policies and programs 

-Develops, implements, communicates and monitors all benefits programs 

-Human Resources Training & Development - Ensures that each personnel member has the skills, knowledge, training and tools necessary to carry out his/her duties.
-Ensures that all personnel are trained on and correctly implement all applicable Labor & taxation laws.
-Manages all paperwork and documentation that relates to Human Resources
-Insures all Employee files are complete and monitored on a quarterly basis.

PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES

Education:  Preferably Business or Human Resources University Degree

Communications:  Fluent in Arabic and with a good command of English.

Knowledge and experience:
Minimum of 5 years Human Resources Experience at management level (2 years with 25 or more staff)

Knowledge of and experience with recruitment & selection, compensation (including incentives), employee jobs.ps benefits, Human Resource Planning/career development, training, preventative labor relations, employee policies & practices (including labor laws), conflict resolution.

Fully computer literate

Experience working in a non-profit organization is a plus.

Knowledge of the local and surrounding labor laws.
