MWH Americas, Inc. a USAID Contractor located in Ramallah working in theinfrastructure sector throughout the West Bank is seeking experienced and qualified candidates for the following position based in Ramallah:
Human Resource Coordinator
Qualifications:
-University degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
-Minimum five (5) years of total work experience in which three (3) years experience in HR

Position Requirements:
-Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic, excellent drafting abilities in English
-Resourceful and able to manage the administrative process of HR department
-Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and serve the needs of employees
-Assist in the identification and management of company risk
-Knowledge of USAID principles and guidelines is highly desirable
-Knowledgeable on local labor laws and regulations
-Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
-Attention to detail & self-motivated with ability to take initiative
-Excellent interpersonal, communications and diplomatic skills, problem-solving and mediation.
-Experience in working in multi-cultural teams
-Strong computer knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office application
