Innotech is looking for an HR Coordinator to join our growing Team. We are looking for an individual who is reliable, proactive, with a friendly personality and can work effectively both as part of a team and on their own initiative.

As an HR Coordinator in our Ramallah’s office, you will assist in the development of creative and innovative strategies to identify and attract world-class talents, guide candidates through our pipeline and partner to improve the recruitment process. Moreover, you will guide and counsel the employees during their work at Innotech as well as setup goals with the colleagues, conduct performance reviews and assist the team members to improve. Finally, you will assist the management at managing the office and maintaining its condition.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement HR Strategies, policies and initiatives.
  • Manage HR databases (e.g. new hires, Candidates pipelines, separations, employee records, performance reviews, vacation and sick leaves)
  • Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
  • Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal communication
  • Bridge Management and employee relations.
  • Candidate management: screen candidate applications, schedule and coordinate interviews and feedback, manage candidate communication
  • Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills
  • Conduct screening interviews
  • Help design, implement, and drive company policies
  • Maintain strict confidentiality at all times to build trust in the organization and the Human Resources function
  • Actively search for candidates to join the company
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Counseling Employees.
  • Coordinate regular Performance reviews and continuous feedbacks.
  • Being the point person for the office, efficiently establish, maintain and develop office and administration systems and processes, to ensure the smooth and effective running of the office at all times
  • Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Organize office operations and procedures
