Akram Sbitany and Sons (Sbitany) is seeking for a candidate to fill in the HR Manager position. The responsibilities include aspects of human resources, including recruitment hiring and termination of employees, training and development of staff handling new employee" paperwork, payroll and benefits. and legal compliance
HR MANAGER
Roles and responsibilities of the opened position :
- Write new hire job descriptions
- Write job ads
- Handle new employee recruitment
- Perform initial phone interviews Schedule on-site interviews
- Handle all new-hire / employee paperwork
- Initiate background checks for potential new hires
- Create orientation and on-boarding process for new employees
- Handle staff training
- Review / update employee handbook
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment taws and HR policies
- Establish termination procedure
- Handle employee terminations
Qualifications needed :
- 3+ years of management-level HR experience for 100+ employees company
- Proficient with Word/Excel
- Quick learner and highly intelligent
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work with confidential information in a professional manner
- Pleasant and friendly demeanor; works well with all personality types
- Knowledge in both Israeli and Palestinian Labor Laws.
- Previous experience in working with salary software's.
- Communication skill, Presentation Skill, learn Player, Motivational Skill, Problem Solving Skill,
- Jerusalem ID holder.
