HR Manager
Job Description
Job Title: TR 005: HR Manager
Location: Beit Jala, Palestine
Transcend Support (http://www.transcendsupport.com//) is a unique company that provides world class business process outsourcing services to international and local institution using best of Palestinian talent. Transcend is in search for a serious, dynamic and dedicated Human Resources Manager.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
1-Develop, supervise and applying all policies, regulations, systems, and manuals related to Transcend Support HR affairs.
2-Works in all fields of HR cycle containing e.g. personnel planning, identifies hiring need, develops the position description, recruitment plan, organizational chart, orientation, integration, training, development, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
3-Ensures that employees understand all HR aspects and relevant policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
4-Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, staff remuneration, and absenteeism rates.
5-Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices.
6-Build strategic relation with academic organizations to attract candidates.
7-Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity, and recommend needed changes, etc.
8-Contract with vendors to provide employee services, such as food service, transportation.
Requirements
1-B.A in H.R, or Business Administration.
2-Minimum of four years of HR experience.
3-High level of integrity and a role model to staff with excellent skills of communication
4-Knowledge of general law related to HR, (Palestinian Labor Law, Palestinian Civil service Law, etc.).
5-Ability to communicate fluency in Arabic and English.
6-Computer literate (MS Office) in English and Arabic.
