Job Purpose

Reporting and Supervision

1. The HR Manager reports directly to CPO
2. The HR Manager supervises HR Officers/Assistants
   

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
2. Lead policy and procedure setting, and development/updates of HR manuals
3. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
4. Manage the recruitment and selection processes
5. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
6. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
7. Nurture a positive working environment
8. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
9. Maintain pay plan and benefits program
10. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
11. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
12. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
13. Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor that fall into the scope of this position

Required Qualifications

• Academic: University degree in Human Resources, Management, or any other related field
• Professional Experience: 
• At least 4 years’ experience in HR-related roles
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Language:  Excellent English and Arabic

• People oriented and results driven
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally to assure quality delivery
• Ability to produce timely, detailed outputs, exercising sound judgment/analysis.
•  Initiative, ambition, patience, perseverance, discipline, and self-directed learning Energetic, initiator and motivated person
•  Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the enterprise
