HR Manager
Job Description
Ericsson is looking for HR Manager for Ericsson Palestine (Ramallah) As HR Manager, you are responsible for deployment of regional strategies,ensuring alignment of local needs andcompliance with regulatory and labor requirements and Union contracts (when applicable).
Operational responsibilities
-Deliver Workforce Tracking & Control
-Deliver site planning support
-Lead Health & Safety implementation plans in his/her geographical area
-Develop competitive strategies to attract local talent and ensure proper on boarding process
-Participate in the Compensation & Benefits process
-Approve compensation and benefits strategies to secure competitiveness
-Aprrove compensation scales for countries
-Recommend corrective actions for countries/positions
-Propose any other adjustment according to market
-Deploy Leadership Development program
-Closely monitor talent attrition throughout the region from the key talent pool
-Deploy employer branding and recruitment strategies to attract and ensure supply of Top Talent for Key
Positions.
-Deliver all cultural initiatives (including Diversity)
-Provide input and deploy competence management strategies, aligned with gap analysis’ outcome, to
support the Ericsson Group strategy and local business priorities
-Ensure compliance with legal labor legislations in each country, including:
-Labor legal issues: taxes, incomes, payables to government etc
-Responsible for Local Labor claims, providing enough documents to protect the company from expensive losses.
Human Competence area:
-Leadership with focus on Business and Relationship builder
-Result orientation
-Communication skills
-Fluent in English
Business Competence area:
-Business understanding
-Financial understanding
-Ericsson knowledge
University degree, typically in business or economic
Telecom experience/knowledge
Minimum 5 years relevant experience
