A global leading company working in FMCG desires to hire a distinguished team to fulfill the following vacancy:
HR Officer
Main Responsibilities:
- Experience in all fields of HR cycle containing - personnel planning, recruitment, orientation, integration, training, development, compensation and benefits and performance management.
- Demonstrated experience in developing HR policies, procedures, tools, HR legal set-up analysis,
and salary scales elaboration and reviews and training skills.
- Proven 3 year experience in administrative work and logistic (the candidate will be responsible
for overseeing the administrative aspects of training programs, along with organizing
travels for visitors/trainers – visas/logistics, responsible for overseeing of the offices running
costs/suppliers payments, management of the supply of materials/services).
- Knowledge of general law related to HR, (Palestinian Labor Law).
Candidates must have the following qualifications:
- University degree (minimum of first degree) in Business Administration, any other relevant field.
- Team Management Skills.
- High level of integrity and a role model to staff with excellent skills of communication.
- Excellent organizing skills.
- Good computer skills, office applications, internet and e-mail.
- Ability to communicate fluency in Arabic and English (Hebrew would be a plus).
- High communication skills and work team spirit.
- Ability to work for long hours and under pressure.
- Minimum 2 years Work experience in relevant position.
