Job Description

Purpose: 

 The candidate is responsible for All Administration & HR affairs in the Company.

Duties:

  • Ensure all working procedures comply with company policy, goals and objectives
  • Participate in developing and maintaining an efficient office management system for the division
  • Assist in the activities of the Department and ensure procedures and process are communicated and implemented effectively.
  • Good Command of  English and Arabic- Written and Spoken
  • Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
  • HR processes including Recruitment, Training, Performance Evaluation, etc
  • Personnel requirements and procedures
  • Palestine Labor Law, Social Security and Income Tax  Regulations
  • Payroll Procedures
  • Clerical and administrative tasks
