HR Technology Product Manager
Role Summary
Synergia seeks a results-oriented HR Technology Product Manager who will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering a customized HR management system tailored to employee management and payroll needs. This short-term assignment focuses on achieving the active deployment of the HRIS by the third month of work. Experience with HRIS development is essential, and a strong background in open-source platforms is preferable.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Development and Management:
Manage the development of HRIS solutions to meet organizational needs.
Lead the integration and customization of open-source HR platforms.
Deliver an active HRIS system by the fifth month of the assignment.
- Business Process Improvement:
Analyze and streamline employee management and payroll workflows.
Implement process improvements leveraging technology to optimize efficiency.
- Requirements Definition and Management:
Gather, document, and validate system requirements with stakeholders.
Oversee system testing to ensure features meet organizational and compliance standards.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management:
Act as a liaison between technical, HR personnel, and vendors.
Provide regular updates and manage expectations for the project's progress.
- Employee Experience Design:
Focus on user experience by ensuring intuitive interfaces and system functionality.
Solicit feedback from end-users to inform iterative improvements.

Essential Skills and Competencies
- HRIS Development: Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and implementing HRIS platforms.
- Open-Source Expertise: Familiarity with open-source tools is strongly preferred.
- Project Management: Ability to deliver solutions on time and within scope, especially under tight deadlines.
- Product Management: Proficient in leading product lifecycles from initiation to delivery.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with payroll system integration and compliance.
- Certifications in HR technology or product management are a plus.
Performance Metrics
- Delivery of a fully functional HRIS system by the third month of the project.
