Hub Manager/Programs Officer

Intersect Innovation Hub (IIH) is a non-profit established in 2020 with the mission of supporting the Palestinian innovation ecosystem.   To accomplish its mission, IIH provides entrepreneurs with a range of services that enable them to thrive, including workspace, business support services, exposure and access to local and international networks, tailored financial solutions, and connection to investors.  IIH is currently expanding its operations to its Nablus Hub.

Role and Responsibility

The  Hub Manager/Programs Officer is responsible for implementing the incubation program, training programs, and daily operation of the hub, as well as fostering relationships with startups, education institutions/universities, and the local community. Duties include:

• Overseeing the successful implementation of projects, trainings, and community engagement events
• Developing and executing an outreach strategy to attract and onboard qualifying entrepreneurs and startups
• Co-designing and managing incubation programs
• Developing and executing community engagement strategies
• Overseeing all aspects of the hub’s operation 
• Continuously following up with incubated startups
• Ensuring ongoing monitoring of programs
• Undertaking any other work-related duties assigned by the line manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s  degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience  in project management
• Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders and adhere to donors’ rules and regulations 
• Familiarity with the startup ecosystem 
• Professional level skills in both Arabic and English languages
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines
