Job Description
Ryada for lending & Financial Services-CHF,that operates in the Palestinian Terrotories seeks to hire a Human Resources and Administrative Officer in its Head Office in Ramallah City.
This position will seve as part of the senior management team of Ryada and lead all the human activities of the organization.Additionally ,this position will manage and coordinate administrative matters of the 6 branches in addition of the Head Offices.

Qualifications :
-BS/BA degree,minimum 5 years of experience as an Human Resources professional
-Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced changing environment
-Understanding of Human Resources policies,procedures and fundementals of local employement law.
-Thorough knowledge and practical application of Human Resources disciplines including recruitment ,training and compensation.
-Ability to work independently and interact /influence at all organizational levels,especially senior management.
-Detail oriented with excellent organization and time management skills.
-Effective communication skills and effectiveness working in a team environment
-Demonstrated ability to serve as a successful participant on the senior management team that provides company leadership and direction
Responsibilities :
-Support management in the recruiting and assimilation of new hires.
-Ensure the consistent and accurate implementation of all corporate policies supporting a positive and effeicient work environment.
-Develoment and excution of HR initiatives in support of business goals and objectives.
-Supprt management in identifying and designing training plans for the staff.
-Maintain personel files,payroll data ,and timesheet and benefit administration,and vendor contract.
-Manage administrative matters of the branches and head office such procurments,coordination for events ,implementation of marketing plans
-Manage the relationship with lawyers.
