Human Resources and Support Services Manager

Save the Children currently implements programs in Child Protection, Education, Health, and Livelihoods throughout the West Bank and Gaza.
Save the Children is seeking qualified candidates to fulfill the following positions for its oPt Country Office:
Human Resources and Support Services Manager: Reference HRSMT05
This position will be responsible for government relationships and the provision of effective Human Resources, Administration, Facilities and IT services in both emergencies and development programming contexts
Job Requirements:
-Substantial management and Human Resources experience in a corporate or an NGO environment
-University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or other related academic discipline, and/or a postgraduate specialisation in Human Resources
-In-depth knowledge of recruitment and selection; performance management; employee relations and current employment legislation
-Experience in capacity building and setting frameworks for staff development
-Fluency in English and Arabic
STARTING DATE for The position: Immediate
