Job Requirements

Education

A university degree in business administration, accounting, information systems, or a related discipline.

Job Specific Qualifications

Work Experience

At least two years of experience in clerical/administrative work, preferably in a personnel related function.

Languages

Good command of written and spoken English and Arabic

Conditions of service

Monthly basic salary USD 1,259.40 , payable in JD at UN monthly exchange rate, plus an allowance of 1000 NIS payable in JD at UNRWA rate. Other benefits include:

Provident Fund contribution (15.2% of basic salary paid by the Agency).
Dependency allowances (if applicable).
30 days of annual leave.
Compulsory medical insurance.

Equivalency:

Candidates with an equivalent combination of relevant academic qualifications, professional training and progressive work experience may also be considered if there will not be enough qualified candidates.

Desirable qualifications:

Good knowledge of UNRWA rules & regulations
Driver's Licenses
