Human Resources Manager
Job Description
Union Construction and Investment (UCI) is one of the largest construction and real-estate development companies in Palestine. Established in 2005, UCI has changed the culture of Palestine’s residential and commercial development and is now offering an outstanding opportunity for a Human Resources Manager
Requirements:
-Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
-Fluent in English and Arabic (written/oral).
-High work ethic and professional mannerisms.
-Masters in Human Resources or BA Degree with significant work experience in in the field of Human Resources.
-Ability to work with deadlines and under pressure.
Your Duties:
-Create Job descriptions through coordination with hiring departments
-Manage complete employment procedures.
-Establish and manage on boarding process for new hires.
-Administrate compensation and benefit programs.
-Responsible for payroll processes and related reporting.
-Lead change efforts and proactive process improvements of HR processes.
-Plan and organize employee events.
-Manage workers compensations claims and accident reporting processes.
-Conduct training sessions regarding leadership, policies, procedures and best practices to continually refine workforce.
-Ensure proper practice of applicable regional laws and corporate policy.
-Monthly review of employees’ timesheets.
-Responsible for the department’s purchases.
