Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the hospital. The successful candidate will deal with the needs and activities of the hospital staff including these areas of responsibility:
-Providing support in recruiting and staffing
-Organizational and space planning
-Performance management and staff enhancement systems
-Organization development
-Team building
-Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns
- Employee orientation, development, and training
-Staff policy development and documentation
-Employee relations
-Compensation and benefits administration
-Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
-Employee services and counseling
-Leadership

Qualifications:
- MBA in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field
-Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience with a large organization
-Fluency in oral and written English
-Knowledge of local regulations, laws and culture
-Ability to communicate information effectively
-Commitment to providing quality results and services
-Self motivated - clear and deep thinker
-Strong identification with Caritas Baby Hospital values
