Human Resources Manager
Job Description
Bank of Palestine P.L.C (BoP) is recruiting for the position of Human Resources Manager to head its Human Resources Department The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the human resources planning, development, and management of all BoP employees, recruiting and staffing plans that are aligned with the strategic plans for BoP's growth and direction; organizational and space planning; performance management and improvement systems; organization development; employment and compliance to regulatory concerns; employee orientation, development, and training; employee relations; compensation and benefits administration, employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health; employee services and counseling, as well as supervising BoP's Training and Development Center The candidate will play a key and strategic role in upgrading BoP's human resources and training practices.
Qualifications
-A Bachelors degree in Human Resources. Management. Business Administration, or any other relevant field.
-A Master's degree is a plus.
-Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources in a similar organization.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Arabic & English)
-Excellent leadership and management skills
-Proven project management skills
-Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
-The ability to handle disciplinary issues appropriately
-A fair and objective approach to ail personnel and working situations
-The ability to listen to problems and respect employee confidentiality
-The ability to think outside the box
-Good knowledge of the Palestinian Labor Law
-Time management and superior follow up skills.
-High attention to detail
-The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
-Good computer skills.
