The Palestine Children’s Relief Fund is nongovernmental nonpolitical organization which providing the free medical care for the Palestinian Children’s in the Middle East, the PCRF is seeking for a Humanitarian and Mental Health Projects Supervisor in Gaza, Following the description of the position:

Job Title: Gaza Humanitarian and Mental Health Projects Supervisor
Location: Gaza
Reports to: Humanitarian Projects Coordinator and VP of Operations / CEO
Job Type: Full time

The Gaza Humanitarian Projects Supervisor is responsible for the identification of Humanitarian needs in Gaza as well as the implementation and management of projects to meet identified needs.

Responsibilities
-Identification of humanitarian needs in Gaza
-Presenting needs and proposed activities to the Humanitarian Projects Coordinator
-Preparation of humanitarian project budgets
-Maintaining a timeline of all humanitarian projects
-Working with  the Gaza Procurement Manager to ensure that all projects follow PCRF procurement policies and procedures
-Oversight of all humanitarian projects from planning to completion including staff supervision
-Creation and management of detailed reports for all humanitarian projects
-Maintaining daily communication with Humanitarian Projects Coordinator with regard to ongoing and future projects
-Oversee operations of mental health program including but not limited to summer camp activities
-Supervise clinical social worker lead on mental health program
-Follow up on children cases and referrals.
-Prepare periodic reports ( ad hoc, monthly, quarterly and end of the year reports)
-Liaise with local partners (CMBM, GCMHP)
-Work closely with Mental Health Project Advisor

Minimum Skill Requirements
-Bachelor degree required; in a relevant field of expertise, preferable in psychosocial / mental health fields.
-Minimum total 5 years of experience working on humanitarian projects/ 
-Fluency in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email and new systems
-Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems
