Humanitarian Coalition Grant Manager
The purpose of the position is to lead the overall implementation of the Humanitarian Coalition multi-sector emergency response grant in the West Bank. This project provides humanitarian assistance in Jenin, Tubas, Tulkarem, Qalquilya, Nablus, Jordan Valley, Salfit, Hebron and Bethlehem for 12 months, with a focus on Areas B and C. As part of multi-sector emergency response, the project will provide voucher assistance to vulnerable households, support community-based DRR with primary health centres, Village Councils and Civil Defense, scale up delivery of psycho-social support to children, parents and caregivers, and strengthen community-based protection through the rehabilitation of safe multi-purpose spaces for children and families. The project coordinator position oversees the implementation of all project activities in all areas, responsible for planning, coordination with support functions such as Supply Chain, Finance, M&E, Safeguarding, etc., on-time and on-budget implementation, people management of project staff, project monitoring and reporting, and donor engagement.

At least 3 years of progressive work experience in managing humanitarian grants. Experience managing Government of Canada grants a plus.

University degree/background in International Development, Project Management, Engineering or other related field

“A degree in Project Management Cycle is an asset”

Experience in project management

Experienced in developing operational/implementation tools, M&E tools, quantitative and qualitative data analysis.

Experience in managing project related to emergency response. Experience with voucher distribution, PSS and/or Engineering all considered a plus.

Strong written and verbal English skills.

Arabic written and spoken fluency.

Note: The position requires ability and willingness to travel up to 60% domestically to project sites (Day trips).
