Humanitarian Coalition Project Officer
The purpose of this position is to support the HC Grant Manager in the day to day operations and implementation of the HC project, in alignment with the approved project design, budget, donor regulations and requirements, and World Vision International (WVI) policies, procedures and technical quality standards. The HC Project is an emergency response grant with the following intervention areas:
(1) Strengthening Protection through the rehabilitation of safe community spaces;
(2) Strengthening community-based DRR in collaboration with Village Councils, Primary Health Centres and Civil Defense Units;
(3) Distribution of voucher assistance to vulnerable households and individuals; and
(4) Provision of PSS to children, parents and caregivers, and strengthening Early Childhood Development (ECD) through support to community-based Kindergartens.
The HC Project is to be implemented in Jenin, Tubas, Tulkarem, Qalquilya, Nablus, Salfit, Jordan Valley, Hebron and Bethlehem. The officer will be responsible for implementation in one Zone (ex. South Zone – comprised of Bethlehem and Hebron).

University degree/background in Business, Project Management or related fields.

At least 3 years of progressive work experience in providing support in projects implementation

Experienced in data collection and reporting

Experience in project management cycle

Strong communication and analytical skills

Have a valid driving license
- Computer literacy; Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
