1. BSc degree or higher in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in Construction Planning.
3. Oral and written English language skills must be commensurate with a U.S. professional environment.
4. Significant supervisory experience of not less than 10 years in project management, including the management of infrastructure programs including the management of multiple projects concurrently, and significant experience in the planning, design and/or construction of the types of infrastructure described in the Statement of Work (Section C.3).
5. S/he must have demonstrated knowledge in compliance with USG rules and regulations.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with all levels and functions within the Project Team.
7. Valid driving license.
