IntraHealth International Inc. is the implementing partner for the USAID funded Palestinian Health Capacity Project (PHCP). IntraHealth- PHCP is looking for experienced professionals to be based in its Ramallah Office for the following positions:

Informatics Data Quality Manager

The Informatics Data Quality Manager provides technical leadership, technical assistance and capacity building to PHCP and Palestinian Ministry of Health (PMOH) staff for the planning, implementation and monitoring of interventions to strengthen the data quality and use of multiple health information systems. Applicants should have at a minimum, a bachelor's degree in computer science, clinical and/or public health informatics or a relevant field; a masters' degree is preferred; 7 years of experience implementing and providing technical assistance in information systems preferably in health information systems, in HIS data reform and improved data quality, building capacity of health professionals and HIS users in data quality and use; with strong command of spoken and written English language. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, clinical and/or public health informatics, engineering, information systems or a relevant field; a master’s degree is preferred
• At least 7 years of experience implementing and providing technical assistance in information systems and preferably health information systems
• Proven experience in HIS data reform and improved       data quality
• Proven experience in building capacity of health professional and HIS users in data quality and use
• Experience working in decentralized health systems, including public, private and NGO sector environment
• Prior experience working with USAID-funded project preferred
• Experience working with the PMOH and/or other government departments
• Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a diverse team
• Fluent Arabic both spoken and written
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English
