Project Coordinator for Capacity and Institutional Building in favour of Bethlehem Municipality departments for a period of 16 months.
Bethlehem Municipality (BM) has received a Grant from the Italian Government, Palestinian
Municipalities Support Programme (PMSP), through the Ministry of Local Government, for the Capacity and Institutional Building in favour of Bethlehem Municipality Departments, in partnership with Regione Puglia.

Bethlehem Municipality invites highly qualified candidates to apply for the following post:

Job Title: Information Technology Employee for the public relations department.
Accountable to: General Director of Bethlehem Municipality.
Location: Bethlehem Municipality.
Closing Date: Thursday - July 04, 2013.

Qualifications and duties:
1-Bachelor degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or relevant field.
2-Fluency in Arabic and English Languages, writing, reading and conversation.
3-To be able to use computers and necessary programs.
4-Two years experience in this field.
5-Good communication skills.
6-Ability to regulate work on the internal electronic information network between the public relations department and other sections.
7-To update the website of the Bethlehem Municipality and its social network by the requested data and publications.
8-To assist the improvement of the electronic and information system in Bethlehem Municipality in order to reach a good stage of e-services.
9-The ability to formulate and write the information and news letters of Bethlehem Municipality and publish them on the social network and municipality website.
10-Ability to work effectively under pressure of work and outside the official working hours for the Bethlehem Municipality.
11-Priority is given to the applicants of the city of Bethlehem.
