Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Remote Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our services over the phone. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely, connecting with clients and prospects across the USA from our Palestine office. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients in the USA to introduce Legacy's services and solutions. 
  • Identifying and qualifying leads through effective prospecting and research techniques. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business. 
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team and operations department to coordinate client needs and ensure smooth service delivery. 
  • Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding pricing, quotes, services, and any other inquiries. 
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, update client information, and generate reports on sales performance. 
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. 
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management. 

Qualifications: 

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or another related field  
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients over the phone. 
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving results and driving revenue growth. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment. 
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and analyze data. 
  • Prior experience working remotely or in a virtual sales role is an advantage. 
  • Fluent in English / high level of English proficiency candidates only apply 
  • Ability to work from 4:00 pm – 12:00 am evening hours (Being present at the office in Ramallah)
